Too easy...I just refuse to go there. It would lower me to the level of those who paint all of us Americans with the same brush. We are better than that.
"before it is too late" and even indicting all of Islam is surely hyperbolic, but there are people out there, truly, I believe, like never before, who just have one thing on their mind - take out as many of us doomed infidels as possible. They believe it, they are planning for it, they do it, and the West seems to not want face it as it should.
Will it take a nuke from Iran into Israel for us to finally get what the extremes of this religion are truly capable of doing?
Trust after verification should be our MO in fighting these people.
