in terms of a pizza company's public relations?

To me, these actions seem somewhat disingenuous. Why act to reduce people's wages? Unless Papa John's is much better organized than it appears to be, there are probably other places to cut ... IF cost-cutting is the actual sole option.

I think this is more political than business.
