Still Life In The Trophy Room

College friends Bob and Regina are huge and faithful Giants fans. We got orthodoxically educated together we did.  In S.F. no less.   They probably got a special invite into the trophy room for this.  Sandwiched between two recent Giants World Series trophies, it probably doesn't get a whole lot better than this in Fandom.

Go Giants!

(Did I ever tell you I was a New York Mets fan in the 1986 season?  Could not keep the fever away living in New York City.  Could not.  Rooted for them all the way to winning the Series that year. (Does anyone remember Red Sox's Bill Buckner's through-the-legs error that took the series to a game seven?)  Heady times.)

Hell....I was a Mets fan as far back as the 60's...remember the 1969 World Series. I can probably name more guys from that team as I can name guys that play the sport today...Today, who cares?

We prefer to view it as God bestowing rightly-earned favor on the Giants, while He is in His Heaven, and all is right with the world.

Orthodoxically Yours,

Bob and Regina
