This image is banned in mainland China right now. As is the term "May 35th" censored there too.
It's the 24th anniversary of the June 4, 1989 Tienanmen Square Massacre in Beijing China. China has done their darnedest to put all that history of young peoples' desire for democratic freedoms down the memory hole.
These "Big Ducks" (another banned term) lined up next to "Tank Man" is some creative genius's way of bringing attention to the truth of this day to the masses who have no knowledge of it.
There happens to be a very popular big duck in Hong Kong's harbor these days.
They have brilliantly attempted to connect the dots from these days to 1989.
Let freedom quack.
