The reality of Obamacare actually affecting the political class has Congress and their staffers in a tizzy.

Perhaps even they didn't read the legislation before it was passed.  Too bad, so sad.

Rep. John Larson, a Connecticut Democrat in leadership when the law passed, said he thinks the problem will be resolved.

“If not, I think we should begin an immediate amicus brief to say, ‘Listen this is simply not fair to these employees,’” Larson told POLITICO. “They are federal employees.”

Republicans, never a fan of Democratic health care reform, are more vocal about the potential adverse effects of the provision.

“It’s a reality,” said Rep. Pete Sessions (R-Texas). “This is the law. … It’s going to hinder our ability with retention of members, it’s going to hinder our ability for members to take care of their families.” He said his fellow lawmakers are having “quiet conversations” about the threat.

Question:  Is Obamacare "fair" to any employees?

I don't know much about Obamacare, but I know a lot about universal healthcare, being british, I've grown up with a system where we all pay into the pot, we call it 'National Insurance', and all are entitled to medical care, with no bills.
Yes, we do pay prescription charges, there's a set cost per item.

There's private medical care too. If you have the money, you can get a quicker referral, jump the line to get your operation tomorrow, get a nicer room, but nobody has to bankrupt theirselves if a family members gets sick.
And insurance companies don't dictate how many days of treatment you can have, or tell the doctor what drugs are on their plan, and tell you you can't get generics...
And EVERYONE is entitled to treatment. Nobody checks your plan before restarting your heart.
